Build things you're proud to show off.
Looking for steady construction jobs, NJ tradespeople? We hire year-round for our remodeling and restoration crews in Warren and across Central and North New Jersey. Experienced tradespeople and hard workers ready to learn are both welcome.

Construction jobs: NJ remodeling and restoration, all year.
Our crews work on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, tile, painting and drywall, and on restoration jobs after water, mold, storm or fire damage. That variety means you keep learning, build skills across trades and stay busy through every season.
We care about doing the job right, including the parts nobody sees once it's finished, and about treating homeowners and their houses with respect. If that's how you like to work, we'd like to hear from you.
Trades we hire for.
Experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, masonry and electrical work is a plus. Depending on your skills, the work can include:
- Carpentry, framing and trim
- Drywall installation and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Tile, flooring and carpet installation, hardwood refinishing
- Kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling
- Waterproofing and French drains
- Restoration support after flood, mold, storm, fire or sewer damage
- Property maintenance and general labor
A typical week on the crew.
Most weeks mix a few kinds of work. You might spend Monday framing a basement, Wednesday setting shower tile and Friday patching drywall after a plumber's repair. Restoration calls come in when they come in, so some weeks you'll help dry out a flooded basement and rebuild it once it's dry.
The houses are occupied, which shapes how we work: floors get covered, dust gets contained and the job site is cleaned at the end of each day. Homeowners see the crew every day, so how you talk to them and how you leave their home matters as much as the work itself.
Learning the trades.
Many of the best construction jobs NJ homeowners see started with someone willing to learn. If you're newer to the trades, you'll work alongside experienced people and pick up carpentry, drywall, tile and finish work on real projects. New Jersey also runs registered apprenticeship and training programs; the NJ Department of Labor career services page and the federal Apprenticeship.gov site are good places to see what's available.
Safety comes first on every job. We expect everyone to know the basics of ladder, tool and dust safety, and OSHA's worker safety resources cover the standards that apply to residential construction.
