A Warren remodeler that answers the phone.
We're a locally owned New Jersey remodeling, renovation and restoration contractor. One crew handles the whole project, from the first walkthrough to the last coat of paint, and the person who gave you the estimate is the person you call when you have a question.

We build the kind of remodel you'd want for your own family: planned properly, priced honestly and finished the way we said it would be.
About Complete Design Industries: built on word of mouth.
Complete Design Industries is based in Warren, in Somerset County, and works in homes across Central and North New Jersey. A lot of our work comes the old-fashioned way. One homeowner in our reviews first hired us for their father's house, then called again to redo the kitchen and basement when they bought a home of their own. Another said they'd already recommended us to friends and family, and that some of them have since hired us too.
That kind of repeat business doesn't come from advertising. It comes from the small things done consistently: showing up when we said, explaining options and prices in plain language, telling you about an extra before we do it, and calling back the same day.
One contractor for the whole job.
Most home projects touch several trades. A bathroom remodel involves demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, glass and paint. A basement might need waterproofing before it can be finished. Restoration after a flood ends with new drywall, flooring and paint.
We handle all of it. That means one schedule, one point of contact and nobody pointing at someone else's work. It also means the crew that opens your walls is the same crew that closes them and finishes the room.
- Bathroom, kitchen and whole-home remodeling
- Basement finishing, flooring, tile and painting
- Waterproofing, French drains and restoration after water, mold, storm, sewer or fire damage
- Ongoing property maintenance and repairs
What a project with us feels like.
It starts with a visit. We walk the space with you, ask what isn't working and what you'd love instead, and look for anything that could change the plan once the walls are open. You get options, a detailed written estimate and a realistic start date.
Once work begins, you'll see the same faces every day. The house is protected, the job site is kept tidy and you always know what's happening next. If something unexpected turns up, you hear about it, with a price, before anything extra is done. At the end we walk the finished space together and take care of every last detail on the punch list.

Alan provided us with a detailed estimate… he kept us informed of any extras ahead of time and waited until we accepted before moving forward.

He looks for the problem
Homeowners describe Alan as thorough and meticulous. At the walkthrough he checks the parts of the house that change a project once the walls are open.
Options, explained
"He gave us several options on what we could do as well as explained the different pricing involved." You choose with the full picture.
There when it matters
One family wrote about a 9 p.m. house call, with a plumber in tow, to diagnose a problem before they closed on a home.
Four things we don't compromise on.
Honest pricing
A detailed written estimate up front, and no extra work without your approval.
Doing it right
Proper waterproofing, flat tile, square framing. The hidden layers matter as much as the finishes.
Respect for your home
Floors protected, dust controlled and the job site cleaned up at the end.
Being reachable
Questions answered before, during and after the project, by phone or text.
